Failed to refund me when I complained. Because I'm not getting a service that I've paid for for my aligners which the company expects payments to go through utterly disgusting.

I had applied for the finance was supposed to hear back within 24 hrs but 3 days no response no contact, chat service was robotic and finally Fedrick chatted to tell me I need to fill another application just because I uploaded scanned ID rather than taking photo. this could have been informed to me earlier but no contact from the team. When I asked why there was delay to inform me Ferdrick closed the chat. Not a good experience, terribly slow service.
Mario’s approach was very professional with a polite nature and a quick solution to my reason for contacting. He was very understanding, helpful and reassuring and thereby dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently.
Have been chasing Tabeo for 3 weeks regarding a refund for a plan that was cancelled by smile direct club. At first they would direct me back to smile club direct and smile club direct would refer me back to Tabeo, both companies are sending me back and forth to each other without actually dealing with the refund probably in the hopes I’ll get tired and forget they owe me close to £1000. But now no one is responding! To make matters worse although my plan is cancelled they are still attempting to take payments from my account which is now affecting my credit score. the customer service from this company is very disheartening to say the least.Natalie Bryant
Had a change of heart with my smile direct liners and decided to cancel them until I decide to pick them back up at a later date. I managed to find it fairly easy with the cancellation, I called smile direct and got recommended that I speak with tabeo to put through any final words for my cancellation. I went through their website and only managed to find a system where you would email what seemed like a virtual assistant and sort it from their that way I managed to speak to someone on the phone. A day later I got a email back from tabeo (the assistant Xaiver I spoke with) but directly from said person. They was so lovely and helpful, even managed to get it all sorted within a few days and even pushed it a little forward which I was really grateful for, now I have no worries about now it being all sorted. Thankyou so much
